Custom & Bespoke — Final Sale

All made-to-order, personalized, engraved, or client-specific pieces are final sale once the CAD is approved/production starts. Post-approval changes may require additional fees.

Gemstones Sourced Per Order

Natural diamonds, colored gemstones (sapphires, rubies, etc.), and all special-order stones are sourced specifically for your commission. As such, they are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or trade-ins.

First-Time Trade-In Promise (Lab-Grown Diamonds Only)

First-time custom clients may be eligible to return their first unworn, pristine lab-grown diamond piece within 14 days for credit toward a new custom piece of equal or greater value (lab-grown diamonds and metals only; excludes CAD, labor, craftsmanship, and related service costs). Eligibility, conditions, and limitations apply as outlined in our Terms of Service. This offer is available once per client and remains at our discretion.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

We cover and repair genuine manufacturing defects at no cost. This does not extend to wear and tear, impact or chemical damage, third-party alterations, or gemstone loss resulting from external forces.

Resizing

One complimentary resizing is included when the design allows. More substantial adjustments may incur a fee. Any third-party resizing or alteration voids the craftsmanship guarantee.

Why Final Sale?

Custom pieces are made exclusively for you—your specifications, proportions, and selected stones—so they cannot be resold or restocked. Additional details are outlined in our Terms of Service , with all rights and obligations governed in accordance with Ontario law.
